			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<!-- wp-jquery-lightbox, a WordPress plugin by ulfben --> <p>For 2012 the regulations for halibut will be 1 Halibut per day either 45 inches or less or 68 inches and greater.  This is a major improvement from 2011.  Don&#8217;t overlook May and early June as prime times to fish given typically good weather and a high abundance of King Salmon combined with great catches of Halibut, Pacific Yellow-Eye and Ling Cod.  We&#8217;ll begin to update more frequently as we get closer to the season kick off on May 9th.</p>
